Having 2 house payments as well as a HELOC payment we were in an urgent mode to get our home sold. Becky Gushwa was a pleasure to work with to help keep me focused on the big picture and guiding us in what we needed to do to make our home more marketable given we would likely have an offer from someone that might not be able to do conventional financing. Her market analysis of local comps helped with the process to show the worth of our home.
