Ben helped us sell our house in summer of 2020. We weren't ready to purchase at the time because we were unsure if we wanted to build or buy. Ben made sure, on more than one occasion, following the closing of our sale that he was here if we needed anything. When we did decide to buy instead of build, Ben showed us both houses we asked to see and recommended another based on our wants and needs. Ben always goes above and beyond. After the home inspection, when the inspector said there wasn't sufficient access the the crawl space, Ben went so far as to crawl under the house to help answer questions for the buyers, and he was in his work clothes no less! Ben always had time for my questions and put my mind at ease when dealing with the buyers and their questions and demands. He put my mind at ease and walked me through the whole process.

I had the daunting task of clearing, improving and selling my mother's home after she went into care. Ben assisted with every aspect of this. His knowledge and experience guided me as to which repairs and improvements were advisable, and even suggested excellent workers to complete them. As a result, the home sold in one day, but there were several obstacles on our road to closing. The buyers turned out to be lying and unscrupulous, and eventually walked away. My mother unexpectedly passed away, leaving legal headaches for us. Ben stayed calm and expertly navigated us through it all. Once re - listed, the home sold again in hours, and for a higher price. By anyone's standards, this was not the easiest of transactions. Ben handled it all so professionally. I really can't thank him enough!
