My wife and I were given Cynthia's contact information from a friend who had only good things to say when we decided to start looking for a larger parcel of land for recreation. I have to say all of my friend's positivity was well-founded - she was flexible to see properties around our schedule, responsive to any questions we had, was always on time, and even went out of her way to find expired properties that fit our criteria that weren't in MLS anymore. She spent so many hours trudging through acres of woods with me trying to find the perfect place that fit our budget and vision for what we wanted, and didn't rush or complain once. We never once felt pushed to do anything outside of our comfort zone. She's a good person you can trust, and I have no doubt she puts the same amount of effort in for all of her clients.

We received a recommendation from Cynthia from a close friend who worked with Cynthia in the past. Cynthia sold our friend's home when no one else could, and especially since this friend has very high standards, that recommendation meant everything to us. We still did our regular due diligence on brokers, but at the end of everything, Cynthia was the obvious choice. Cynthia advocated for us at every stage of the sales process. She was relentless. One thing we really appreciated was her incredible communication. I like to think I'm pretty on top of it and proactive when it comes to personal transactions that we have a major investment in, and I never had to nudge Cynthia once. Some things we loved about Cynthia: Excellent negotiator. Very proactive. Went way and above to coordinate everything and make sure things went smoothly, which was extra-appreciated since we were making this purchase from Chicago, two hours outside of town. She did everything in her power to make the purchase go smoothly and make our lives easier through this process, which was hugely appreciated. And we love the place so much that we decided to make it our primary home (vs. second) within a day of moving in! The highest compliment I can pay Cynthia is that I've already recommended her services to a close friend who's more like family. She's amazing.
