When I first reached out to Jen she was very excited. We met for lunch and Jen showed me a presentation she created for first time homebuyers on her laptop. It was a great overview and she taught me about things I didn't know about; like PMI. Then she asked me about my preferences. I told her I was very picky. Not too long and seven showings later we made an offer on the home that we closed on October first. Jen was professional, a guide, and an educator to me. She helped me stay positive when underwriting was challenging and as I was learning what to have the sellers take care of vs not, etc. it's a lot to take in. I'm so grateful for her time, knowledge, and friendship throughout the process. She totally took me by surprise at closing as well; made me feel awesome about being a first-time homebuyer. I will recommend Jen to homebuyers.

I would most definitely recommend agent to family member or friend.
