I had originally scheduled a first-time home buyer appointment with a realtor from Grand Rapids. As with any new home-buying process, things change, and my wife and I found jobs in a different region of Michigan. The realtor recommended Julie as a point of reference to our region of interest. Julie went with my wife and I to many (okay, A LOT) of homes in our first few months as new Michigan residents. She made the home-buying process so much easier with her knowledge of the areas, as well as the prices of home within communities of interest. I was so glad I compared home prices with her before landing on the home of our dreams! Julie made us feel like family. She spoke up to all parties involved in our home-buying process and defended us when necessary. She had our best interests at heart at all times. I am so grateful I had a real estate agent who worked for me and helped my family find our forever home!

I knew when I first met Julie during the initial interview in my home of 43 years that I could trust her to sell my home. I didn't feel this from this a previous expereience several years ago with another real estate. From the start, Julie showed that she knew the local market and provided me with the market analysis for an asking price that was way more than what I thought my house was worth. She provided me with the information on what was needed to make the house appealing for showings and to list on the website. Throughout the whole process, Julie was extremely responsive to my many texts and phone calls regardless of the time of day. She kept me informed on what was being done once we received an offer; she offered her personal assistance whenever the need arose. I was extremely satisfied with Julie's services and would highly recommend her to anybody who is interested or slightly interested in buying or selling a home.
