Maria was without a doubt the best. We even consider her family! She was amazing to work with. Prior to Maria, we had a broker and a real estate agent who were very difficult to work with. Our house sat on the market with 0 offers for 3 months. Mind you, these realtors were well-known in both South Bend and Granger, but were only looking to make quick sales within Granger. They also proposed that we drop our asking price by more than 40K. We fired them and due to a referral from a friend, we met Maria. After keeping our house off the market for a month, we made it official to go with Maria and Cressy and Everett and put our house back on the market. Within 3 days we had several offers and tons of traffic in and out of our house. We didn't have to drop our asking price. Maria has the best interests of you and your family all the time. She is transparent, creative, and gets the job done. Thank you, Maria!!
