When I inherited this house, I was very overwhelmed to say the least. There was so much work to be done that I didn't know where to begin. Marybeth was with me every step of the way. She helped me figure out what each step should be, almost like she held my hand every step of the way. She gave me contact names, and offered to call people for me. She even offered to help us paint and clean up. Marybeth was so very patient and kind during this process. She listed the house, and within 24 hours we had an offer. She is/was always there to answer my many questions (and I had MANY!). When I would text or call her, she answered immediately. She made me feel like I was her only client, which I know that I wasn't. She is/was so very understanding and patient with me. She is very knowledgeable. Marybeth made this whole process (which seemed very overwhelming at first) go very smoothly. I tend to be on the high-stress side of everything, and she was able to make me feel calm and that we had this all under control. I would not hesitate for a second to contact Marybeth to buy or sell another house.

We worked with MaryBeth a few years ago when we bought this home. She was extremely responsive, kept everything organized, and explained any questions or issues along the way. We knew she'd do a great job helping us time the listing of our house and prioritizing any last projects to get it ready to sell. MaryBeth was amazing! She helped us coordinate repair guys and electricians coming to the house while we were out-of-state. She helped us prioritize any repairs or cosmetic details to fix prior to listing. She was extremely responsive and helpful with every question I had along the way. My husband and I could not have successfully sold this house without her awesome communication, coordination, and professionalism. She advocated for us in lining up repair contractors and helped us understand the pros and cons of the different offers were received. It was such a relief to know we didn't have to worry about any of the real estate details after working hard to get the house ready to sell--Marybeth had all the real estate items covered and was on her game. Will definitely work with her again if we move back to the area.

Buying and selling a home is so stressful. Marybeth took us step by step the entire process. From scheduling showings at our previous house, giving us feedback, offering advice and accommodating our family needs. Buying our new house was beyond stressful from the bank aspect, but Marybeth pushed, and kept us up to date. She was absolutely amazing when we were buying our house. She was able to fit us in to her schedule with every house we looked at. Took into consideration all of our needs and found us some amazing houses. She never pushed us to jump for something that we weren't comfortable with. She found us the perfect house for our family! Marybeth was exceptional to work with, and I will always recommend her! Marybeth helped me find my first house a couple years ago so I decided to contact her when my family outgrew that home! She is always helpful in explaining the steps and very easy to contact.
